Residual Capital’s executive team has a depth of experience in the banking and finance industry both from a bank/financier perspective and in services to the banking and finance industry.

Senior executives are past or current members of the General Council for the equipment finance industry body, the Australian Equipment Lessors Association (AELA).

The Equipment management team is experienced in residual value investment for the preferred assets in the banking and finance industry. Expertise includes pricing and structuring transactions as well as asset re-marketing and trading.

Simon Kelland, Executive Director
Former Executive Director Project and Structured Finance of ANZ Banking Group. Former Managing Director of the ANZ businesses involved in residual value investment. Former CEO of IT operating lease provider ComputerFleet.
